Buffet Displays
One of the pleasures in life is food. No matter how creative, inventive or flavoursome the food is to eat, when it comes down to choosing what we put in opur mouth and eat - we all 'eat with our eyes' first and thus will always be drawn or attracted to a well displayed and beautiful arrangement (even if we are not actually hungry). This is usually created 'on the plate' in the kitchen. However for buffet-style events and functions, this is not always possible. The alternative is to make a grand display; to invite guests to select what they would like to eat from the buffet table.
