On the Ice Sculpture table, scatter sand, place the Sculpture in the centre of the table. Behind the table place an artificial Palm tree and if possible, a backdrop. Get someone artistic to paint a dessert  scene or an oasis. Scatter small other palm trees around the room. The Arabian Camel Vodka Luge or Ice Sculpture will really set the tone for the evening.
