CND Vodka Luge
A real and tangible icon of the radical late 1950's and into the 1960's - The CND logo - "Campaign For Nuclear Disarmament". Formed in London in 1957 it stood and still stands for the elimination of all nuclear weapons. Its inaugural meeting in February 1958 saw 5,000 people attend. Members joining have swelled over the years - protesting today about 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' - a modern phrase we all know!
