Fidel 65 Vodka Luge
Melanie wanted to celebrate her father's 65th birthday not only in style (she had hired a Ball room in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Maldon for a sit-down meal for 100 guests) but also to make it a special and unforgettable birthday party.
As guests walked into the room, on the left hand side we placed a large (1m wide by 1/2m high) Vodka Luge carved with his name and to make sure the message really got-home, a large "65" along side.
It was an impressive and bold carving that no one could miss as they entered. After the meal guests could party with the Disco and experience the Vodka Luge with flavoured Vodkas and other drinks.
Creating a 'Name' of the Birthday boy or girl is always special. It is almost like having your name in lights above the door of a West End Theatre - something that relates to the birthday person. Couple that with the number of their birthday seals the "wow! -factor". It is one of those carvings that never ever fails to please and be remembered.
