Measures

2	shots	Ketel One vodka
¾	shot	Chambord berry liqueur
¾	shot	Crème de fraise du bois liqueur
1	shot	Double (heavy) cream
¼	shot	Crème de cassis liqueur

Method

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. FLOAT cream on drink.

Garnish

Dust with cocoa powder
