Measures

¾	shot	Bombay London dry gin
¾	shot	Vodka
1	shot	Cointreau triple sec
½	shot	Freshly squeezed lime juice
½	shot	Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65°brix, 2:1 sugar/water)
Top up with		Perrier Jouet brut champagne

Method

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and gently stir.
