Olmeca Altos 100% agave tequila (reposado)
Bacardi Superior rum
Bombay London dry gin
Vodka
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65°brix, 2:1 sugar/water)
Top up with
Perrier Jouet brut champagne
Method -SHAKE first seven ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and gently stir.
