Queen Victoria

Queen Victoria Vodka Luge

Are we 'Amused?' - We certainly are, ma'am.

The Queen Victoria Vodka Luge was designed and created for a Military Christmas Ball with the theme being the 'Victorian Era'.  We discussed many, many ideas and made lots of suggestions.  Finally I suggested, 'why not a bust of Queen Victoria - as seen outside the Royal Albert Hall in London?' This was it!  We carefully designed and then hand-carved the spectacular piece.  It sat at the top of a red carpeted very wide set of stairs into the Ball Room where guests could not miss it as they walked in.

Queen Victoria - her  birth name being Alexandrina Victoria, was born on 24 May 1819 and died on 22 January 1901 when she was superceded by Edward VII.  She acceded the throne on the 20th June 1837 from William IV.

Unfortunately the photograph here does not do her justice.  Standing 1m tall and 1/2m high, this was a regal, solid and very substantial Vodka Luge.
