Elf Face Mask
Christmas Elves are a relatively new invention being brought into being during the 20th Century. Father Christmas of course has his elves making all the toys for delivery on Christmas day. Elves originated from Norse Mythology as some sort of supernatural being. The English being the English, romanticized them and thus they are now considered as fantasy characters in such works by J.R Tolkien (Elves that inhabit middle-earth). However, it was the Americans that brought in the idea of Christmas elves and the linking with Father Christmas as opposed to Santa Claus. No Christmas film would be complete without Father Christmas and his elves.
Elves Masks are GREAT for Christmas parties, especially when at least 5 or 6 people are wearing them. Dressed in green, carrying toy hammers and toy-making tools...what more could you aspire to be - but an elf!
