The Hamburg Ice Magic show in Hamburg, Germany, opens on November 26, 2011 but before the exhibition welcomes its first visitors, ice sculptors are hard at work behind the scenes.
An international crew of 20 sculptors from the United States, Canana, Russia, and Japan have been busy creating works of art from over 400 tons of ice including sculptures which measure 16-feet in height.
In the photo below, a motorcycle sculpture from a single block of ice is on display at the Hamburg Ice Magic - the show is being held inside a 10,000 square-foot thermo-hall where the temperature is kept at eight degrees Celsius (48.20 degrees Fahrenheit).
The exhibition runs until January 29, 2012.
