Anniversaries are fun times. The actual anniversary will dictate whether to have a Vodka Luge OR an Ice Sculpture. The younger the audience, the greater the leaning to having a Vodka Luge.

Vodka Luges can be spectacular and are most certainly interactive. One person pours the Vodka (or chosen drink) through the luge and the 'guest' catches it at the bottom and 'downs it in one'.
